Capreon completes sale of Ashton Old Road warehousing unit
Capreon, the Noé Group’s real estate investment and advisory arm, has completed the sale of a retail warehousing unit on Manchester’s Ashton Old Road to development and investment firm Pitalia Real Estate.
Located 2 miles outside of Manchester’s city centre, the Ashton Old Road unit comprises a 3.72 acre site. It is currently occupied by retailer Matalan and charity Sue Ryder.
OBI Property acted on behalf of Pitalia Real Estate and Metis acted on behalf of Capreon.
