Aoife Conacur

Aoife joined Capreon as Head of Planning in 2021, having previously worked as a planning consultant at Indigo Planning for almost 10 years and in client-side roles at Telereal Trillium and Blackrock.

She brings extensive planning and project management knowledge and experience, having worked on a wide variety of development projects over her career.  These have included large-scale residential and mixed-use development projects, as well as business/industrial parks, retail and leisure.  As a planning consultant, Aoife advised a range of private sector clients, including fund managers, residential developers, retailers and small-scale developers.

Aoife studied in Dublin, achieving a First-Class Honours degree in Spatial Planning before moving to London as a graduate. Aoife is an Associate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Outside of work, Aoife has a keen interest in yoga and wellness, having trained as a yoga teacher in 2019, and can be found in the parks around South West London walking her dog or escaping to the coast on the weekends.
