Barny Jenkins

Barny is the General Counsel at the Noé Group and is responsible for providing strategic legal advice on all aspects of the business and operational issues covering governance, corporate and investment related legal matters. Since joining the organisation Barny has advised on over £1bn of acquisitions and disposals of real estate, digital infrastructure and tech VC deals in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining the Noé Group, Barny was the General Counsel of Niu Solutions, an IT managed services company.   

Before his time at Niu Solutions, Barny practiced as a solicitor at Marriott Harrison, a specialist law firm in London, where he advised on private equity, M&A and corporate finance deals. Barny received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Newcastle, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in London where he also completed his Legal Practice Course. Barny is a practising solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

 When Barny is not working, he enjoys watching and playing sport whenever he gets the chance.
