Carolyn Sparshott

Carolyn is a Chartered Surveyor and expert retail & leisure space, having over 30 years’ experience in the sector.  Carolyn has worked across the UK, delivering all aspects of value enhancement including planning/development, tenant engineering, JVs and fund management, including acquisitions and disposals. 

Carolyn specialised in the asset management of several prestigious regional shopping centres at INTU before joining the In-Town Retail team at F&C Asset Management.  Carolyn is a member of Accessible Retail. 

Outside the office, Carolyn is an ambassador and founding fundraiser for the Surrey, Sussex & Kent arm of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. She plays an integral part of the community to campaign with NHS, Vertex Pharmaceuticals & the Government to achieve access to life-changing CF drugs, Kaftrio.
