Daniel Hall

Daniel is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, with over 27 years of commercial property experience.  He has worked with the Noe family for over 16 years as part of the Asset Management team. 

He started his career at Land Securities plc where he managed a Central London portfolio which included the world famous Piccadilly Lights, before joining Central London specialist Derwent London plc. 

Daniel has worked across a multitude of sectors and throughout the UK including retail sectors in Netherlands & Belgium.  Working for both institutional & private wealth clients Daniel has delivered successful business plan outcomes; including value creation through development & refurbishment projects, securing the retention of and income from occupiers through lease negotiation, employed leasing strategies to secure income and collaborated with investment colleagues on both acquisitions & disposals.

Away from work Daniel enjoys walks with his schnauzer, Katie, as well as cooking and reading, when time allows.
