George Minns

George joined Capreon in 2021, and is responsible for originating and executing transactions across Europe, in particular the UK, Spain, and Germany. Prior to joining Capreon, George was head of southern European transactions at real estate fund management firm Europa Capital, working across all real estate sectors. George’s 13 years of experience was gained carrying out both equity and debt strategies, consultancy, and non-performing loan restructuring, having previously worked at Blackstone and at DTZ.

George holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a first class degree in Investment and Finance in Real Estate from the University of Reading, and is a member of the RICS. George represents the Noe Group on the board of its retirement living operator Revere Life.

Outside of the office George is a volunteer with Age UK Kensington & Chelsea.
