Leopoldo Caciolli

Leopoldo is a Vice President in the real estate investments team at Capreon. Since he joined the firm in 2017 Leopoldo has worked on and managed transactions with a total value of £500m+ in the UK, the Netherlands, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Germany and Israel. With 7 years in the industry his expertise includes sourcing, underwriting, fundraising, structuring, executing, negotiating and manging property transactions across different geographies and all real estate asset classes.

Before joining Capreon Leopoldo spent 2 years in the Real Estate IBD team of Credit Suisse in London. Leopoldo has a BSc (Hons) from Cass (Bayes) Business School and a MSc in Management from London Business School.

Outside work Leopoldo loves travel and sports, which he often combines, being a certified ski instructor, expert diver, tennis and padel player. Leopoldo is also an active LBS alumni and frequently mentors students and professionals interested joining the real estate industry.
