Rodrigo Moya Villanueva

Rodrigo is an Asset Manager at Capreon who manages part of the European portfolio and is based in Madrid.

He brings to the team extensive experience in asset and property management, construction and has vast experience in the commercial office and the residential sector.

He is an industrial engineer, certified in HVAC, and holds a university master's degree in property management. Prior to joining Capreon, Rodrigo worked in real estate management projects for MVGM, BNP Paribas Real Estate and CBRE.

Outside of the office, Rodrigo is an avid traveller and has a keen interest in technology, art, motorbikes and classic cars. He supports Médecins Sans Frontières and has actively collaborated in the foundation against cancer in Spain.
